This Minor provides students with core content related to the education of Deaf and Hard of Hearing children and youth. This minor does not provide students with certification in Deaf Education, but can serve as a mechanism for adding this certification with the completion of additional requirements.
Students must earn a grade of C or better in each class of this minor and must receive advisement from the Department of Exceptionality Programs in regard to course selections.

*These two courses require field experience. Copies of up-to-date clearances, TB results, and liability insurance must be shown to the instructor the first day of class.
