Internship Requirements - Students must have at least a 2.5 GPA to starting internship. Students cannot register for internship without the following:
1.CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
2. Liability Insurance
3. PA Child Abuse History Clearance
4. Criminal Record Check
5. Affiliation Agreement/Job Description on Letterhead
6. 509 Form
Students must complete all Exercise Science major requirements (60 credits) with a grade of C or better in order to be eligible for graduation.
