Candidates choosing to earn a Master's degree in Educational Leadership are required to complete 15 credits of core classes; 9 in leadership and 6 in research. The leadership core creates a foundation of educational leadership. The research core provides a solid foundation on educational research, where students will complete a review of literature and a faculty supervised action research project required for graduation. Students may still choose a thesis option. Students will select a specialty track, College Student Affairs, School Counselor, Principal, or Supervisor of Curriculum & Instruction.
