For a major in Physics, the bachelor of science program requires 71 semester hours; 15 of the required semester hours count toward general education requirements. Thus, in addition to the above program requirements, students must complete 35 to 44 semester hours in general education. The balance of the university's 120 semester hours requirements for a bachelor's degree comes from electives.
